Homemade Sausage from Allrecipes.com.

There is one alteration that we use when making this recipe that I think is vital. Instead of using all pork, we use 1lb. pork and 1 lb. turkey. To cut back on prep time, we make 4-5 batches of the spice mix ahead of time.
