Smoothie

This is a quick smoothie I made for breakfast yesterday…

About a Cup of frozen fruit

1 small can of Mandarin oranges (most of the juice drained)

2 TBS vanilla protein mix

1/4 rolled oats

About 1 1/2 Cups buttermilk (to cover the contents in the blender)

Whirr all the ingredients in the blender till smooth.  Not the most appetizing breakfast, but it was full of good stuff and tasted good.
